Jeremy R. Crisp, MD

Bio

A graduate of Erskine College in Due West, S.C., Jeremy R. Crisp, MD, earned his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. He then completed his family medicine internship and residency at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia, where he also served as chief resident.

Dr. Crisp started his career in Winnsboro, South Carolina, where he provided comprehensive family care, chronic disease management, newborn and pediatric care, outpatient gynecology, inpatient care and in-office procedures at a rural health clinic. During this time, he also served as a member of the National Health Service Corps, vice chief of staff at Fairfield Memorial Hospital in Winnsboro, and taught medical students and family medicine residents as an assistant professor of Clinical Family and Preventive Medicine at the USC School of Medicine.

Dr. Crisp joins the four board-certified physicians at Lexington Family Practice Northeast to provide continuous comprehensive care for patients and their families.
